Yamaha "SRX-6 super single" Board

Hi Guys,

I'm restoring my SRX and I would like to re-paint the exhaust muffler simple matt black.. does anyone have any good experience to recommend an particular brand of VHT spray paint?

I used Dupli-Color supertherm black 800°.
After painting, I'd put my exhaust into an oven and burnt the paint in at 180° for 30 min.
Lasts for 4 years now, bit will probably not last forever. Anyway, occasional repaint is an easy job to do during periodical maintenance.

Did you apply a primer as well?

No, I didn't. Just cleaned the metal surface carefully before painting it twice.
